"My Experience with BLUEKARMA Orders"
I've been placing orders with BLUEKARMA for a good while now, and I've always been really happy with their products and service. But I was caught off guard when my latest order didn’t show up as quickly as usual. Turns out, they were trying to reach me, but since I got a new phone, I hadn’t set up my voicemail properly. When they finally got in touch, I let them know my package hadn’t arrived. They suggested I check with the local post office, which I did, and they told me my package had actually been there for a month! After some searching, they said it might have gotten lost. I was shocked when I told BLUEKARMA about this, and they offered to send me a replacement for just a small postage fee. It’s pretty rare for a mail order company to go out of their way like that to figure out what went wrong and then be so generous with a replacement. Big thanks to BLUEKARMA!
